Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

- Free shipping on orders over $35

- Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

 

Tracking:

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via contact that you provided.

- You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Address Changes:

- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at rusnaini.eyeofrose@gmail.com.

- We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage at rusnaini.eyeofrose@gmail.com.
