💫 Meet the Maker

Hi, I’m Rusnaini, the creator behind eye of rose.
The name comes from my own, Rusnaini means “eye of the rose,”
a quiet reminder to see the invisible, to hear the unspoken. That’s where the magic lives.

From 2015 to 2024, I couldn’t tolerate store-bought scents.
Candles, room sprays, car fresheners, they gave me headaches, nausea, dry throat, watery eyes, even skin flare-ups.
My body kept saying: “This isn’t good for me.”

So in March 2024, I began making my own.

Clean-burning candles, poured with intention.
Because what we burn matters.
Cheap wax and synthetic fragrances can affect our hormones, health and well-being.

What started as an experiment became a deep love.
I fell in love with the process.
And I realized, I wasn’t just making candles...
I was creating rituals.

That’s how eye of rose was born.
Each candle is a quiet offering,
A return to self. A moment of stillness.
A little bit of magic.
