The Heart of Eye of Rose

I'm Rusnaini - the creator behind Eye of Rose. My name means "eye of the rose" - a quiet reminder to slow down, to see the invisible, to hear the unspoken. Because that is where the magic lives.

For nearly a decade, my body rejected everything the world told me was normal. Store-bought candles, room sprays, car fresheners - they left me with headaches, nausea, dry throat, watery eyes, skin that wouldn't settle. My body kept whispering the same thing: “This isn't for you”.

So in March 2024, I stopped looking outward and started creating inward. I began pouring my own candles. Clean-burning, intentional, made with care for what we breathe into our bodies and our homes. Because what we burn matters. What we invite into our space matters. What we surround ourselves with - matters.

What began as curiosity became devotion. I fell in love with the process. The stillness of it. The intention behind every pour. And somewhere along the way I realized - I wasn't just making candles. I was creating rituals.

Each candle from Eye of Rose is a quiet offering. A moment of stillness in a loud busy world. A return to something gentler, slower, more intentional. A little bit of magic - poured with love.
