• In the same condition you received it

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on both the returned and replacement item.

2. Repackage your item carefully and send it to the return address provided

• Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email me right away at rusnaini.eyeofrose@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. I will make it right - always.

• Non-Returnable Items

Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
